In the world of KNX building automation, there are manufacturers that supply components, and there are manufacturers that offer a complete ecosystem — from the capacitive switch on the wall to the multifunctional actuator in the distribution board, from the colourful touch panel in the living room to the HVAC gateway that controls the air conditioning. Zennio is the latter.

At Integration At Home we deploy Zennio as a powerful complement to KNX installations with Gira and Niko, particularly when advanced touch panels, custom switches or specialised HVAC integration are required.

Founded in 2005 in Toledo, Spain, by three partners with a shared vision: KNX products that excel both technically and aesthetically. The first product was telling: a KNX module for infrared air conditioning control. That HVAC focus runs like a common thread through the company’s history.

Today: more than 300 employees, more than 400 KNX product options, more than 10,000 projects in 117 countries. Subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Still privately owned from Toledo — independence that guarantees innovation speed.

Particularly strong in hospitality: the Guest Room Management System is installed in more than 90,000 hotel rooms worldwide — Melia, IHG, Hilton. That hotel experience — reliability, intuitive operation, aesthetics — translates directly to the quality of Zennio’s residential products.

Compact 5-inch colour display. Temperature and proximity sensor. 12 configurable pages. Ideal for bedrooms, guest suites or as a secondary control point.

3.5-inch display with temperature and humidity sensors. 4 inputs, 2 thermostats. KNX Secure. Compact yet powerful enough for full climate and lighting control.

Fully customisable via Zennio’s online configurator: images, icons, texts or logos printed on tempered glass with anodised aluminium frame. 4, 6 or 8 buttons in portrait or landscape. LED indicators, 5 additional LED function keys, built-in thermostat, temperature probe and two analogue/digital inputs.

The Flat 55: standard 55 x 55 mm format, compatible with common switch frames. 1, 2 or 4 buttons with background and RGB icon illumination, proximity and temperature sensor, KNX Secure. White, silver, black or custom.

The Flat XL: larger capacitive switches in 4, 6, 8 or 10 buttons. Ultra-flat profile of just 9 mm — a design statement for modern interiors.

Compact 70 x 70 mm format with 1, 2, 4 or 6 buttons. Polycarbonate frame. Same custom concept as the TMD Plus: fully customisable via the online configurator. Perfect as a complement to or alternative for existing switch frames in design interiors.

The backbone in the distribution board. The MAXinBOX 16 v4: 16 configurable outputs (16A, C-load), each as a switching actuator or roller shutter channel. KNX Secure, 20 logic functions, manual override. The MAXinBOX 24 for larger installations. The MAXinBOX 1212: 12 outputs + 12 inputs + 4 room thermostats — all-in-one room control.

The DIMinBOX DX2 universal dimmer: automatic detection of load type (RLC, LED, CFL). The Luzen Plus and Luzen One PWM LED dimmers for RGBW, tuneable white and Human Centric Lighting — colour temperature that automatically follows the daily rhythm.

The KNX-DALI interface connects up to 64 DALI ballasts per channel (DT1/DT8) to the KNX system. Professional lighting installations seamlessly integrated.

KLIC-DD and KLIC-DI: bidirectional KNX integration for Daikin — temperature, mode, fan speed and scheduling. Comparable gateways for LG. More than 300 air conditioning units supported. The product with which Zennio began, evolved into the industry standard.

MAXinBOX FANCOIL for 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems. HeatingBOX for underfloor heating via 230V or 24V valves. Combined with the thermostats in Zennio’s touch panels and switches: a fully integrated climate system via KNX.

KES Plus: energy metering for up to three circuits including CO2 emission and cost estimation. GetFace IP video intercom: up to 21 outdoor units and 84 doors. RemoteBOX: remote control via app with up to 180 control points and emergency notifications on your smartphone.
